The company owns and operates the website and mobile application of “Waffarha”.

This agreement does not affect any of your non-excludable legal rights under Egyptian law.

3. Promo Codes & Cashback Rewards

Promo codes are offered by Waffarha as part of promotional campaigns and rewards programs.

Some of these rewards provide an instant discount on the amount paid through the Waffarha app, while others offer cashback credit, which is added to your account after completing the full payment and using the coupon.

Please note: Cashback credit expires 30 days after being issued.

4. Fair Use of Promo Codes

Each promo code has specific terms, such as being limited to a single transaction. If multiple accounts are created on the same device to repeatedly benefit from the codes, we reserve the right to suspend the involved accounts and recover any funds obtained in violation of the terms.

5. Limitation of Liability

Waffarha assumes no responsibility for any content, loss, or damages arising from your use of the website or app, or from any content published or made available through them. We are only liable for the actions of our employees to the extent that liability cannot legally be excluded.

6. Security and Risks

We do not guarantee the confidentiality or security of the information you provide. Your use of the website or app is at your own risk and includes the inherent risks of internet connectivity.

7. Access to the Website and App

Access to Waffarha services is provided on a temporary basis. We reserve the right to modify or withdraw them without notice. We are not liable for any service interruptions.

Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of reselling or exploiting promotional offers in unauthorized ways is prohibited. Any attempt to circumvent the rules will result in permanent account termination.

When purchasing a specific deal from a particular merchant, you will receive a printed invoice directly from the merchant. This invoice serves as a legally recognized tax document for expense verification.
